安装并使用本 App 即表示您同意本条款。本 App 核心功能免费向公众开放。

8. 经文内容版权证明（Public Domain）

1. 采用译本：国语和合本圣经（Chinese Union Version 1919, CUV）。
2. 出版年代：1919 年由大英圣书公会、美华圣经会、苏格兰圣经会联合发表。
3. 公有领域确权证据链：
   • 美国版权法（17 U.S.C. § 304）：1978 年前发表之作品保护期为 95 年，1919 年版和合本美国版权已于 1994 年 12 月 31 日届满失效，完全进入公有领域。
   • 《伯尔尼保护文学和艺术作品公约》第七条：和合本译委会最后一位在世译员富善（Chauncey Goodrich）于 1925 年去世。按死后 70 年标准，其版权已于 1995 年 12 月 31 日全球届满。
   • 中国《著作权法》第二十三条：自然人作品保护期为作者死后 50 年（1975 年届满），法人作品为发表后 50 年（1969 年届满）。

1. 制作与属性：本服务的配乐、合唱与独唱由 Yeung Tech LLC 制作团队基于上述经文（译文为公有领域）编排，借助现代音频生成工具制作。我们在法律允许的范围内保留相关权利，但不保证这些内容享有版权保护。
2. 使用范围：
   • 允许用于个人灵修，以及非商业的家庭敬拜与团契分享。
   • 未经许可，不得转售，不得上传到营利性流媒体平台，不得批量抓取，也不得用于训练商业 AI 模型。

11. 神学与艺术说明

音乐的旋律风格、节奏处理与多声部编配属于艺术赞美表达，旨在帮助信徒诵读与记忆圣言，不应被视为任何特定教会宗派的教义决议或官方权威神学裁定。

12. 免责声明与争议管辖

1. 本服务按“现状”（AS-IS）提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用本 App 所造成的任何间接损失承担责任。

7. Acceptance of Terms & Free Service

By downloading, accessing, or using DailyBible, you agree to these Terms. Core functionality is provided free of charge to the public.

8. Scripture Copyright & Public Domain Proof

1. Scripture Translation: Chinese Union Version 1919 (CUV / 官话和合本 / 国语和合本).
2. Original Publication: First published in 1919 jointly by the British and Foreign Bible Society, American Bible Society, and National Bible Society of Scotland.
3. Legal Public Domain Status:
   • United States Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 304): Works published before 1978 are protected for 95 years from publication. The copyright for the 1919 CUV officially expired on December 31, 1994, placing it permanently into the Public Domain.
   • Berne Convention (Article 7, Life + 50/70 Rule): The last surviving member of the translation committee, Chauncey Goodrich, passed away in 1925. Under the most rigorous 70-year post-mortem rule, international copyright expired on December 31, 1995.
   • Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China (Article 23): Protection term for works of natural persons expired in 1975 (50 years post-mortem); legal entities expired in 1969 (50 years post-publication).
4. Digital Sources Certification:
   • CrossWire SWORD Module Library (ChiUn): Certified as Public Domain.
   • eBible.org International Bible Archive: Certified as Public Domain.
5. Version Scope: This App strictly adopts the historic 1919 Public Domain text and explicitly excludes any modern copyrighted revisions (such as CUVMP 1988, RCUV 2010, CNV, or CCB).

9. Open-Source Software Attribution (MIT License)

The foundational structured scripture dataset is provided by the open-source repository scrollmapper/bible_databases. In accordance with its license terms, we gratefully include the following notice:

10. Audio Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

1. Audio Attributes: All sacred music, multi-part hymns, and instrumental tracks in this App are original productions or produced with the assistance of modern digital audio synthesis technology for personal and fellowship meditation.
2. Permitted Use: You are warmly encouraged to use the App for personal quiet time, family devotions, and non-commercial church fellowship.
3. Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, upload isolated audio assets to commercial streaming platforms, or scrape audio data to train proprietary machine learning models without prior written consent.

11. Theological & Artistic Expression

Musical arrangements, melodies, and voice assignments are artistic expressions designed to aid meditation on Holy Scripture. They do not represent official theological dogma or denominational rulings of any single ecclesiastical institution.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties, Liability & Governing Law

1. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yeung Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
2. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Language Precedence

This document is prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
